Sustainability

Making Less Stuff, Better
The most sustainable product is the one that doesn't need to be replaced. We focus on quality, repairability, and timeless design so your purchases last for years, not seasons.
Sourcing
Whenever we can, we work directly with small makers, family-owned mills, and certified sustainable suppliers. We prioritize:
- Organic and recycled materials
- Fair labor practices
- Regional sourcing to reduce shipping footprint
- Transparent supply chains
Packaging
All our shipping materials are recyclable or compostable. We've eliminated plastic mailers, bubble wrap, and styrofoam. Your order arrives in a kraft box with paper-based protective fill.
What We're Still Working On
We're not perfect. Some things we're actively improving:
- Carbon-offset shipping by default (we currently offer it as an option)
- Take-back program for worn-out products
- More regional warehouses to shorten shipping distances
We publish an annual sustainability report — reach out if you'd like a copy.
