How Fast Will My Order Arrive?

We process most orders within one business day. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days from dispatch, so you're looking at about a week total door-to-door.

Shipping Options

• Standard (5-7 days): $5.99 — free over $75
• Express (2-3 days): $12.99
• Overnight (next day): $24.99

International Shipping

We ship to over 40 countries. Rates and delivery times vary by destination, and you'll see the final cost at checkout. We declare the actual value on customs forms — we can't mark packages as gifts.

Tracking Your Package

You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. You can also view tracking from your account page.

Problems with Delivery?

If your package hasn't arrived within 10 business days of shipment, reach out and we'll help figure out what happened. Lost or damaged packages are covered — we'll either send a replacement or refund you.
